Food Drama: The daily stress of food that creates a negative impact on your life.
When it comes to food drama, we allow ourselves to feel guilty after we eat a yummy treat or crave unhealthy foods. We stress way too much about what we put into our bodies, how many calories we intake, and we mentally punish ourselves whenever we feel like we “mess up”, and we feel overwhelmed by the thought of food. And no matter how hard we try to get out of this mindset, it seems to come back around in full circle and stay in this constant cycle.
Food Drama NO MORE people. It is imperative we create a healthy mentality that it is OKAY to have a balanced diet. You want a slice of pizza? Eat a god damn slice of pizza but make sure the rest of your food intake for the day comes from whole foods and stays pretty clean. When you stress so much about food, it really puts a negative damper on your whole day and life, it creates disordered eating, and possible eating disorders.
You need to eat realistically, eat to satiety, and not fight with yourself about food. Life is all about balance and to create a long-lasting and sustainable LIFESTYLE, your food drama MUST be a thing of the past.
Yo-yo dieting, restrictive eating, and all of the fad diets out there will do more harm than good.

- FUEL YOUR BODY WITH NUTRIENT DENSE AND SUPER FOODS
- PREPARE YOUR MEALS BEFOREHAND
- BE MINDFUL OF WHAT YOU ARE PUTTING IN YOUR BODY
- JUST LIVE YO LIFE
